At Kirsty Doyle we pride ourselves on offering the best quality product and service. If Something isn't right with it we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size, or a refund.
Order today and have your items delivered within 5-7 working days.
UK returns must be received by Kirsty Doyle within 14 days of receiving your order. Four days should be allowed for postage, so please ensure your item is posted within 10 days of receipt. If original delivery was made to an address outside the UK this is extended to 28 days. 10 days should be allowed for postage, so please ensure your item is posted within 18 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Your KD return should have the tag and attachment still intact. The order note that your received from Kirsty Doyle should be included with the return.
We do not accept returns of products that are intimate or earrings for hygiene reasons. We also do not accept returns of gift cards.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be non returnable.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
We will let you know as soon as we receive the goods and will then endeavour to process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. Please allow up to ten days from receipt of your return for this to be done.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be credited to your original method of payment, Refunds will be processed in the currency paid within 10 working days.
Late or missing refunds.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All sale items and sample sale items are non-refundable but you can exchange your product or take a credit note which is valid for 6 months.
If you require a different size or colour item, please return your order within 14 days including a completed returns form stating your requirements.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
