WE LOVE EXCLUSIVES
13th May saw me, the intern, some-how pull together a 4 hour filming day (I've never done anything like this before, but for some reason, Kirsty put her trust in me, and it paid off, I think?). From sourcing a model, who in turn became her own MUA and interviewer, to finding us a location, the Double Tree by Hilton (shout out them!),  to deciding what content we would even be shooting.
Rachael, of Love Bug Films was our videographer for the day, and thank god she was because that was a part of the industry I would have crumbled even trying to attempt.
And then you have Kirsty, from laying on the floor to get the best BTS shots, (pregnant, I must add!!), to obviously supplying the clothes, and dabbling in a spot of hairdressing - everybody utilised themselves, and what could (probably should) have been a hectic four hour window, ran super smoothly.
We even finished an hour in-front of schedule, but have so much content all the KD girls will be well fed through social media for a while.
Did I mention that we interviewed Kirsty Doyle, herself, on one of the biggest topics in the Fashion Industry right now? Because we did, and yes, you're excited.
Now, it would be unfair of me to tell you all of this but not show you even a little glimpse into our filming day - not including Kirsty dropping her phone face down on  the floor outside, no, no.
It survived, though.

If you take anything from this post it should be that while Yes, venturing into the fashion industry from an internship prospective is daunting, and often you will be under the impression that coffee runs is your main priority, but if you find somewhere and someone like Kirsty Doyle, the experience is so valuable that when you do finally succeed in the industry, she'll be top 3 on your list of people to thank.

Obviously, you should know where to find Kirsty Doyle, but just incase you stumbled upon us by sheer luck and fate - here you go, - KD  & KD WEDDINGS
